Get your files out of that pesky bitlocker limbo
M3 Mac Bitlocker Loader is a tool that can be used on the Mac to treat (primarily) Windows systems that have been encrypted with BitLocker are only intended to be decrypted and viewed on Windows systems but M3 Mac Bitlocker Loader's purpose is to let you view the file system of these computers and access it without encryption getting in the way. You can also copy files to the encrypted drive and it'll still be encrypted when you're done!
A little support
Obviously you'll still need the unlock password to actually start the decryption process but when you do you can view the BitLocker file system as if it were part of your Mac's own. It supports BitLocker partitions created by virtually any Windows system on virtually any media (not just hard drives!). In our testing however M3 Mac Bitlocker Loader was not able to remove the encryption itself which is generally sensible but may hurt some use cases. Either way files moved to the Mac will no longer be encrypted.

Overall if you use both Windows and Mac systems and BitLocker is involved somewhere along the way M3 Mac Bitlocker Loader will make managing storing and moving data much easier. With the ability to both read and write and to send files both ways the software is robust.
